Le Masciare acquired 3.9 hectares of land

November 2018: this month Le Masciare acquired 3.9 hectares of land, 3.2 hectares of which is located in San Potito Ultra, with a perfect sun exposition and an altitude of some 400 mt a.s.l. We will plant Fiano grapes in this single lot with a fairly steep incline. San Potito Ultra is located in the Fiano DOCG area, and once the vineyard is productive, it will enable us to increase production, adding to our already present Fiano vineyard in Lapio (Contrada Arianiello).

The smaller (6000m2) plot is located next to our ‘Barbassano’ aglianico vineyards and will be used to plant a small vineyard of the local white grape variety called ‘Coda di Volpe’ with first year of production of a Coda di Volpe wine expected for the vintage 2024.
